Join us this July at the Wallace Theater for the 5th Annual Pop-Up Museum!
This year’s exhibition, “Threads of Change: Women’s Fashion in the 20th Century,” honors the stories of Hockley County’s mothers, grandmothers, and trailblazers, told through the clothing and artifacts they wore to school, work, and special occasions across the decades.
The exhibit and event are presented in partnership with students from Levelland High School’s National History Day Program, Hockley County 4-H, and *Humanities Texas, highlighting an educational collaboration that brings historical research and community storytelling together in a meaningful way.
Exhibit Highlights:
-Clothing and heirlooms generously donated on loan by local families
-Free admission on select dates throughout July
-Interactive storytelling with Levelland High School’s National History Day students, Hockley County 4-H, and more
