Young Gun Silver Fox is een Brits-Amerikaans duo bestaande uit Andy Platts en Shawn Lee, dat sinds 2015 muziek maakt geïnspireerd op de zachte pop-soul en westcoastklanken uit de jaren 70 en 80. De twee leerden elkaar kennen via Myspace en vonden al snel een gedeelde muzikale passie, met bands als Steely Dan, Hall & Oates en Ned Doheny als gemeenschappelijke invloeden.

Naast hun werk als duo hebben beiden een indrukwekkende individuele carrière: Shawn Lee is een veelgevraagd producer en multi-instrumentalist, terwijl Andy Platts bekend is als leider van Mamas Gun en onder meer meeschreef aan het nummer-1-album van Take That.

Hun vijf studioalbums — van West End Coast (2015) tot Pleasure (2025) — tonen een gestage artistieke groei. Voor Pleasure werkten ze voor het eerst live samen in dezelfde studio, wat de samenwerking naar een nieuw niveau tilde. Dit jaar kwamen ze uit met hun nieuwe single 'The Greatest Loser'.

Tot hun fans behoren muzikale grootheden als Hans Zimmer, Jeff Lynne en The Black Pumas.
