Our annual winter session at the Sojo is a night where we share roots and culture with the ones we love. After years of hosting selectas, MCs and live musicians, we felt the time was right to start a new chapter. We decided to invite soundsystems that marked our journey through all those years. The idea is the same though : music, unity and family vibes.
This year we’re honored to welcome IONYOUTH SOUNDSYSTEM, the veterans of the Belgian roots & dub movement. They have been an inspiration to our selectas for the last ten years so we decided that the time was right to invite them.
As usual Dubsakee will play a few tunes too.

We've decided to postpone our next session with Ionyouth Soundsystem at JH Sojo to Saturday the 31st of January!
Our previous date on the 20th of December has quite a few reggae/dub events happening at once, including a fundraiser in our own city for hurricane relief in Jamaica. To avoid fragmenting audiences too much and to give space to the cause, we’re moving our dance to a later date. Everything else remains the same. Same crew, same artists, same energy.
