This workshop is all about accessible, dynamic aerials that look impressive and feel achievable.

🤸♀️ WHAT TO EXPECT
During this 2-hour workshop, you will:
— Learn one fun, accessible aerial that works for everyone
— Explore a second step with a bit more challenge (adapted to the group level)
— Focus on clean technique, timing and visual impact
— Work on shapes and body positions that create that “wow” effect
— Learn how to make lifts look bigger and lighter — even with simple mechanics
Everything will be taught progressively from the ground up.
→ No previous aerial experience required.
→ If time allows, we’ll also touch on how to smoothly enter the aerial from your dancing and how to place it musically.

All aerials will be broken down step-by-step with clear technique, spotting guidance and safe progressions.

This workshop is open level.

→ You’ve done a few and want to refine technique
→ You’re a dancer wanting to add something flashy and safe to your repertoire

The material will be adapted to the group’s experience level on the day.

→ Registration: Please register with a partner you trust. (We won’t rotate during this workshop.)
