Band Bio – Monks on Call:
Monks on Call is a Contemporary Rock band from Edmonton AB. Their Debut EP "Lakewood Rd" was released in 2023 and has remained as a fan favourite. The band's live show has developed into an unforgettable blend of energy and charm forged from their debut Album "Signs" and further refined in their upcoming Sophomore album "Letting Go of the Grass" Recorded in December 2025 at Conjuring Cabin in Wizard Lake. At a Monks on Call show you can get lost in Kara Marchand's vocal mastery, supported by tight harmonies and a dialed rhythm section composed of Colten Bear (Guitar), Tristen Tiefenbach (Drums) and Stellar Nolan (Electric and Upright Bass). 

Some notable moments for Monks on Call include; Supporting Boney M at River Cree Casino (2024), Supporting Big Sugar and 54/40 at Pigeon Lake Music Festival (2024), a Sold out Album Release show with no support acts at 9910 in Edmonton (2025), and Supporting Violet Night at Summer Rush Music Festival (2025).
