We're back for another therapeutic art session with Carla Beres 💛
The holidays can be a complicated time, and we know they aren't joyful for everyone. In this session, Carla will gently guide us through meditative art techniques and share ways to use creativity as a tool for mindfulness. Together, we'll focus on the process - not the product - and take some time to slow down, reflect, and reconnect during the holidays.
Come spend a peaceful afternoon exploring new ways to connect with yourself through art and cultivate mindfulness, no matter the season.
📍 Where: AAC Works – 318 7 St S
📅 When: Saturday, November 29 | 1 PM – 3 PM
This program is free to attend, and everyone is welcome!
