In celebration of International Day of Persons with Disabilities (IDPD), Inclusion Lethbridge, in partnership with People First of Alberta, is proud to host a free community screening of the acclaimed documentary These Four Walls.

This emotional and thought-provoking film takes viewers into the heart of the Canadian disability movement in Manitoba, exploring the legacy of institutionalization and the closing of the Manitoba Developmental Centre in 2024. It’s a story of resilience, advocacy, and the continuing fight for inclusion and human rights. These Four Walls is a powerful story of resilience and advocacy, tracing the lives and experiences of people once institutionalized, and the collective fight for dignity and inclusion in Canada.
Admission is free — donations are gladly accepted to support ongoing advocacy and inclusion efforts in our community.
