Indoor Flow Jam at the CASA

Having a indoor flow jam at the CASA and I would love if you would join us!

Bring your props, instruments, yoga mat, art projects, or whatever what else you need to help you find your flow ❤ I have props that I am happy to share with folks! If you don't spin, you're still welcome to come out and enjoy the space, listen to music, and meet new friends. All creative outlets (props, instruments, knitting, etc.) are all welcome
As always, please be respectful, and leave no trace.
It's always nice to find flow with friends.
