In this workshop, Steven will guide participants through practical exercises designed to help you shift from the busy, analytical mind into a quieter, more intuitive state of awareness. Through guided meditations, reflective partner work, and gentle energy-based practices, you will explore what it means to experience life through the awareness of the soul.
Join Steven Trolland for a supportive 2-day in-person workshop in St. John's NL focused on strengthening your connection with Spirit and developing your natural intuitive and mediumship abilities. This workshop is designed to help you build confidence, gain clarity, and learn practical ways to work with Spirit for healing, guidance, and deeper understanding.
Over the two days, you will explore how to:

* deepen the way you connect with and support others
There will also be opportunities to practise giving messages and demonstrating mediumship in a safe, encouraging environment for anyone who would like to develop public demonstration skills.

Steven Trolland is a certified medium from Scotland, holds a certificate of recognition for speaking, demonstrating private readings and also for teaching with the spiritualist national union as a medium CSNU(t) and is also an approved spiritual healer. He has worked with many well known mediums from around the world, as well as studied at Arthur Findlay College. He is also a resident medim and much loved spiritual teacher with The Eternity Connection.
Together, we will explore the understanding that we are more than the physical world teaches us — and that those who love us are never far away. Through shared practice and gentle guidance, participants will learn how to let their presence become their beauty, their love their truth, and allow the soul to find its voice.
