Morning Progam and Community Lunch Followed by Deep Relaxation Practice

A guided practice of mindfulness incorporating sitting and walking meditation, mindful breathing and a Dharma talk. Participants are encouraged to bring their won vegetarian lunch and enjoy a mindful eating experience with the monastics and fellow attendees.

Experience an inspiring evening of mindfulness practice with Plum Village Monastics as they share insights on Mindfulness as a foundation for Health and its role in cultivating resilience, emotional balance and a deep sense of harmony between body, mind and spirit.
