The Events;
1. Log FTOH
MN - 80kg
MI - 110kg
WN - 40kg
WI - 60kg
60s as many reps as possible, belts, sleeves and wraps all allowed. Wait for the DOWN command to be given the rep. Men’s on a 13” and Women’s on a 9” Log. Men from 12” and Women’s from low 6” Mirafit drop pads.
2. Deadlift Ladder; Cerberus DL bar x3, Rogue Ohio Stiff bar x2, Axle x2, Trap Bar x1
MN - 170/180/190/230kg
MI - 190/200/210/250kg
WN - 100/110/120/150kg
WI - 120/130/140/170kg
75s time limit, figure 6 and figure 8 straps allowed, all belts and chalk allowed. No suits or briefs. Athlete must wait for the DOWN command to be given the rep. NO TOUCH AND GO.
3. Sandbag to Shoulder
MN - 100kg
MI - 120kg
WN - 60kg
WI - 80kg
60s time limit, as many reps as possible. Event starts with the sandbag upright and athletes hand off. Athlete must show control over the sandbag with it wholly on the shoulder and one hand away. Wait for the DOWN command to be given the rep.
4. Farmers into Yoke
MN - 90kg/hand -> 220kg
MI - 110kg/hand -> 250kg
WN - 60kg/hand -> 140kg
WI - 75kg/hand -> 170kg
The athlete can start with hands on the Farmers, carry the Farmers 15m, then run back for the Yoke and carry 15m. Time will be judge once the front of the Yoke crosses the finish line. All belts and sleeves allowed.
5. Stone over Yoke, Trump Stone
MN - 100kg/120kg over 53”
MI - 120kg/140kg over 53”
WN - 50kg/60kg over 47”
WI - 60kg/80kg over 47”
75s time limit, as many reps as possible. Athlete can start with hands on. All belts and sleeves allowed, tacky allowed. 1 rep on the heavier stone beats any number of reps on the lighter stone
