- **Event Description**: FREE (fully funded) MUSICAL THEATRE SUMMER SCHOOL - Dancers, Singers & Actors ages 13 -20 (split into age groups) taught by our faculty & performers from West End shows, TV, Film & Theatre.

People taking part from Ireland, Scotland, Wales and England. (Affordable hotel options available).

Spend a day taking classes at our triple-threat, musical theatre training Academy completely FREE.

You can use this day for experience only. Some attendees may be invited to audition for full-time or part-time courses after the workshop. However, there is no obligation whatsoever to audition for any of our courses.

Take classes in dance, acting and singing. Q&A session and take a tour of our state-of-the-art building. Parents/guardians will be invited to an open house event on the same day for a guided tour.

WHEN: 4th August for people aged 13-15 and 5th August for people aged 16-20 - open to anyone in the UK taught by top industry professionals.

PREPARE: Nothing to prepare.

LOCATION: Emil Dale Academy, Broadway, Letchworth SG6 3PA

TIME: 9:30am - 5:30pm.

AGES: 13-20 (split into groups).

HOW DO I APPLY? You MUST ensure you are available on the date for your age group and are fully committed to attending, as places are limited and extremely sought after. We always have a waiting list of applicants so you MUST be certain you can attend if you are successful.

Email your Full Name / Age / Mobile Number / Full Experience to admissions@emildale.co.uk (Really think about what you write as it will help our team make a decision about your application). Please write FREE SUMMER SCHOOL 2026 in the subject box.

We are unable offer everyone a place due to high volumes of applicants. You will either be offered a place, put on our reserve list or declined. We will let everyone know either way. Please wait for a confirmation email within 2 weeks.
