Finally the time has come for this training which has been very much in demand by people who have attended the basic course over the years! This retreat is for you who have some previous experience of tantra. 
You don´t necessarily have done the Tantric Pulsation training, just contact us to find out if this is for you.

This will be in retreat form, over four days at beautiful Calm Estate outside Floda. We will be immersing ourselves in the somatic field together, using Pulsation and other tantric and somatic practices together, in order to really connect to ourselves, nature and each other on a relaxed, intimate and authentic level.

We will also be focusing more on the role of the space holder, but from the perspective of authenticity, vulnerability and totality. If I am human, vulnerable, and at the same time, grounded and vibrant as a space holder, I also invite participants to move towards that state.

The main tools we will be using are Pulsation breathwork, bio-energetics, tantric exercises and dearmouring, taking turns in holding space for someone else but also going in with all of my being into meetings and into my spaceholding.

We will also include aspects around group work and how to be a confident facilitator for both individuals and groups. There will also be space for tantric exercises in pairs and in the whole group.
