Community Health Connections will be launching Behavioral Health Day Treatment at our Leominster Community Health Center.

Full & Half Day Behavioral Health Day Treatment Programs provide structured support for individuals facing mental health challenges and for those patients that may also have co-occurring substance use challenges.
