Mary Hannah will guide you in easy to follow Tai Chi movements to cultivate vitality and a walking meditation to experience “The art of connecting with nature through our senses” – Dr. Qing Lin, Chairman of the Japanese Society for Forest Medicine

By allowing space to be present in nature and move with nature, we awaken not only our senses but also wonder, curiosity and our innate capacity for healing. Nature offers us soothing sounds, stable ground, and expressions of harmony that guide us home to experience these qualities within ourselves.

Pre-registration by email is encouraged: maryhannah.parkman@gmail.com
Park in Upper Lot and meet by the Ticket Booth.
This program covers approximately 0.5 miles on mostly level or gently sloping trail.
Dress for the weather in warm layers suitable for movement.
Warm sturdy footwear is recommended — Micro-spikes are suggested on icy terrain.
This program may be cancelled in the event of severe inclement weather. Pre-register with Mary Hannah to receive notification of any changes to this program.
