Wine'd Down Friday: Bordeaux Blends not from Bordeaux
A classic red Bordeaux blend is made from a combination of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc, with Petit Verdot, Malbec, and sometimes Carménère also permitted. Although France is credited with this amazing blend of grapes, we're going to explore other locations for a blend flight with a twist! Reservations accepted and walk-ins always welcome where we have room.
