Discounted and Free Screenings:
• Comprehensive Cardiovascular Risk Assessment (Cholesterol/Hemoglobin A1C Testing, EKG,
PAD screening, Carotid and AAA Ultrasound). Fasting optional, but breakfast included after screening—only $35
• Heart Function and Heart Valve Screening—FREE
• Peripheral Arterial Disease Screening -FREE
• COPD Pulmonary Screening—FREE
• Cardiac Calcium Scoring—only $99
Additional Health Screenings:
*These screenings require additional coordination before the event. Please call to register by FEB 25th.*
• Lung Cancer Screening—FREE with insurance (prior insurance authorization) or $199.
• Breast Cancer Screening Mammogram—FREE with insurance, or you may qualify for grant funding if uninsured.
• Oral, Head and Neck Cancer Screening - FREE
