Each team will have a 5km run/walk/crawl to complete plus indoor challenges to definitely get the body moving lifting pushing rowing pulling �  Each team will have to put a stragedy in place & nominate each member of their team to compete in the challenge most suited in order to be in with a chance to win � 
This is going to be a great day for team building creating fond memories & overall experience something different & add it to your list of achievements for 2026. 
IF YOU'D LIKE TO JOIN IN EVEN IF YOUR A TOTAL BEGINNER OR SOMEONE THAT LIKE S TO COMPETE IN CHALLENGES COME AHEAD.
