Welcome circle will be at 4:20 and the afternoon will unfold into evening as follows:4:30 pm ~ Qigong & Breathwork with Shanti Free - a vigorous and energetic practice to kick-off the afternoon.5:30 pm ~ Satsang & Picnic Potluck with Bhakti Yoga Monk - sharing the sacred sounds of Kirtan and offering a community discussion on the lawn.6:30 pm ~ Gentle Yoga Stretch with Donna Kozlowski - to reawaken our bodies.7 pm ~ Bonfire lighting and drumming - officially begin to call in the wisdom of the night. Set intentions and ground more fully in nature.7:30 pm ~ Ecstatic Dance Wave - meditative movement with an "Inviting the Blue Moon" mix giving space for dropping deeply into your heart center and body's wisdom.8:30 pm ~ Sound Healing with Chaz - as the sun fully sets enjoy the rich sounds of gongs, Tibetan bowls, flutes and more.Closing Circle ~ Linger by the fire as the Blue moon emerges sharing song, stories, insights & fellowship.Please bring a picnic potluck item to share & water to stay hydrated. Blankets, drums, hoops, flow & altar items ok. The schedule has been mindfully visioned to create a full and meaningful experience for you, but if need be you may filter in at the start of any session during the day. And, linger for as long as you wish under the night sky by the fire.FEE is on a SLIDING SCALE: $20-60 at the doorWe want somatic practices to be accessible to all, therefore we are priced on a very generous (to you) sliding scale as it would cost $20 minimum to do just one of these sessions.
