Westside's Network 1.27 is committed to meeting people in their place of pain, and because we know that trauma impacts so many of our families, we offer a one-day Trauma Competent Caregiver course. Our training is for anyone who wants to demonstrate compassion, love, and empathy to themselves, their families, and the community.  

You will leave this workshop with helpful techniques and approaches to care for individuals who have experienced trauma.  This one-day course offers insight into the impact of trauma on individuals and how it manifests in attitudes, beliefs, and behaviors.  

Please note: Due to the sensitive nature of the material, this training is recommended for individuals aged 16 and older. Youth aged 14 and 15 may attend with parental consent.
