This month, we’re coming together to talk about something we all need a little more of this time of year: emotional regulation.

We’ll explore:
- What emotional regulation really means (and why it’s harder with ADHD)
- How to spot your triggers before they spiral
- Ways to reduce overwhelm and stay grounded in the moment
- Tips for setting boundaries and protecting your energy
- Simple, compassionate strategies to bring more peace and balance into your holiday season

Whether you love the holidays or just try to survive them, this session will help you find tools that work for you—so you can stay calm, connected, and centered through it all.

As always, ADHDKC Adult Group meetings are open, free, and designed for sharing, learning, and connecting with others who get it, but an RSVP is required. Join us on December 7 at the Lenexa City Center Library by using the link in the ticket box.
