The Heart Opens, The Body Speaks is a 2-hour guided journey designed to help you soften, drop out of the mind, and reconnect with what your body has been holding.

We’ll begin with gentle, heart-opening restore yoga with Ashley to create safety in the body… then move into guided somatic holotropic breathwork with FJ to support emotional release, clarity, and expanded awareness.

This experience is for you if you’ve been feeling:
– overwhelmed or holding a lot beneath the surface
– disconnected from your body or emotions
– ready to release, reset, and come back to yourself
