Join us for some Friday night fun at the studio with a yoga party hosted by Christi & Lindsey! 👯

We will start with Sculpt & Flow led by Lindsey 💪 then shift into a slow down "sleep mode" to enjoy some Yoga Nidra led by Christi 😴

After 75 minutes of focusing on your physical, mental, and energetic health in our practice studio, the party will shift to the lobby for socializing with friends, enjoying sweet or sparkly sips, and of course - SOURDOUGH! 🍷🍞

That's not all! Our Sourdough Queen, Christi, will be bringing along some take-home sourdough starters for only $10!
