It is officially the holiday season!

While this time of year is filled with joy and meaning, it can also be filled with added stress and pressure. In this class, you will learn simple, easily incorporated, mindfulness techniques to reduce stress and anxiety, and to remain calm and centered for a more pleasurable holiday experience.

In the Mindful Spirits class, you will:

Learn breathing techniques to calm your nervous system for a more enjoyable holiday season

Learn simple, accessible, breath-guided, mindful movements to consciously trigger stress with the intention of systematically calming your body, reducing your stress, and releasing your anxiety

Experience a simple and brief guided meditation to support a more pleasurable personal holiday experience

Explore intention setting and purposeful living for the joyful survival of the holiday season

Practice experiential exercises to awaken your sensually enlightened holidays

Focus your attention on living with purpose, expressing life creatively, and manifesting your heart’s desire during the holiday season.

You will also have a chance to practice these techniques in The Kitchen as Brad guides you through the process of making bourbon balls.
