Run, bike, and swim for 15 minutes each, with a 5-minute break between activities. 
Compete individually or as a team of two or three, with each teammate stationed at their chosen event. 
Distances will be recorded after each 15-minute session. 
This fun and friendly competition is open to men, women and teams — families are welcome too. Snacks, drinks, and plenty of encouragement will be provided, and winners will be announced on social media.
