Fitness Checkup

Take the guesswork out of your fitness! The Lenexa Rec Center's free fitness checkups give you a snapshot of your health and strength, with personalized tips from a certified personal trainer. Offered for the community on April 1 and Sept. 23, 2026, this checkup is perfect for tracking your progress or starting a fitness journey. Open to members and nonmembers. Free.
