Fireplace Yoga

Find your calm and reset for the new year with a cozy yoga session by the fire at the Lenexa Rec Center. This class starts with gentle, beginner-friendly poses and flows into more dynamic postures to help you stretch, strengthen and unwind.

Meet in the Rec Center lobby near the fireplace and bring your own yoga mat. Space is limited — arrive early to claim your spot! Open to members and nonmembers.

Ages: 16 and up
