The first-ever Kingdom FIT Games are here — a full-scale functional fitness competition designed to challenge your strength, conditioning, pacing, coordination, and mental grit, while celebrating the spirit of community and personal growth.

This event is about effort over ego.
We show up. We push hard. We sharpen each other.

THE WORKOUTS
WOD 1 — FOUNDATION

Tests pacing, breathing control & barbell under fatigue.

Individuals:
500m Row → 20 Power Cleans → 20 Goblet Squats → 15 Burpees Over Bar
Time Cap: 12 min

Teams (Relay):
Each athlete completes 500m Row → 15 Power Cleans → 15 Goblet Squats → 10 Burpees Over Bar
Time Cap: 18 min

WOD 2 — STRENGTH FOR PURPOSE

1-Rep-Max Deadlift
No straps. Belts/chalk allowed.
Individuals: 8 min
Teams: 10 min (combined score of all 3 lifts)

WOD 3 — GRACE & GRIT (9-min AMRAP)

12 Front Squats → 9 DB Push Press → 15 Russian KB Swings → 6 Burpees
Teams rotate full rounds — one athlete works at a time.

WOD 4 — THE FINAL PUSH

Focus:
Smooth → steady → strong.
Push the finish.

Team Version (Teams of 3) — 12:00 Time Cap

For Time (Shared Work):

750m Row (shared; switch as needed)

45 Thrusters (one athlete works at a time)

45 Burpee Box Step-Overs (one athlete works at a time)

30 Thrusters (shared)

Team Flow Notes:

Only one athlete working at a time.

Barbell must touch the ground between athlete switches—no direct handoffs.

Burpee reps cannot be split mid-rep (if you start a rep, you must finish that rep).

The rower must come to a complete stop before switching athletes.

Communication is everything — talk, breathe, and keep transitions sharp.

WOD 4 is the official tiebreak.

WEIGHT STANDARDS (Fixed Loads)

Barbell Work (Cleans, Front Squats, Thrusters):

Men Intermediate: 95 lb

Men Novice: 75 lb

Women Intermediate: 65 lb

Women Novice: 55 lb

DB Push Press (Pair):

Men Int 50s | Men Nov 35s

Women Int 35s | Women Nov 20s

Kettlebells (Russian Swings + Goblet Squats):

Men Int 50 | Men Nov 35

Women Int 35 | Women Nov 20

Rower distance is equal for men & women.

MOVEMENT STANDARDS (Judging Overview)

Judges will be enforcing:

Full squat depth: hip crease clearly below knee

Thrusters: one continuous squat → press movement; full lockout overhead

DB Push Press: dip → drive → press without re-dip

KB Swings: Russian standard — bell rises to eye level, hips generate power

Burpees: chest-to-floor + controlled, clear movement over bar/box

Deadlift: full hip lockout with control — no bouncing

No-reps must be repeated.
Respect your judge. Respect the standard.
