Create your own plate

Create a 5 x 5 fused glass plate on either clear, white or black base. The base glass will be cut for you but there will be a variety of glass available for you to cut and decorate your piece. Each student will use the provided glass tools to cut the glass for their plate. You will learn basic glass cutting skills.

At the end of class I will gather the plates and take them home to be fired and slumped into a plate mold. I will drop the finished plate off at Horizons when they are complete and you will get a call to pick it up.

Students must be 16 or older and all participants must wear closed toes shoes.

No glass experience needed. The class fee is $50 and includes all materials.
