Treadfit Shamrock Shuffle

**Update: 8:00am, 9:30am and 10:15am are sold out! Still spots in the 8:45am and an 11am has been added!! Hurry up and sign up before it sells out! (Must register by feb. 13 to receive your sweatshirt on race day. After feb 13 participant sweatshirts will be available for pickup at the gym after March 1)

us for our very first Shamrock Shuffle 5K on Sunday, March 1st! The cost to participate is $35. Each participant will have 35 minutes to complete a 3.1 mile run or 2 mile walk on the treadmills and will receive this sweatshirt and a timed result 🙌
