From flour to finished dish, learn to create lasagna entirely from scratch. You’ll make fresh pasta, develop a rich tomato sauce, a creamy bechamel sauce, and even craft your own ricotta cheese for the ultimate homemade experience. 

This class is for those looking to deep dive into the art of Lasagna!

Participants will:

-Learn to make their own pasta from scratch, and to roll and cut deep-dish lasagna sheets
-Learn to make ricotta cheese from scratch
-Craft their own tomato sauce
-Learn the art of making a bechamel sauce 
-Each build their own lasagna ( a deep dish loaf measuring approximately 8-1/2 inches long by 4-1/2 inches wide, and will also include mozzarella and spinach) to take home and bake then serve or to freeze for future use
-At the end of class, participants will dine together on a lasagna crafted in advance by the chef along with a side salad

* This class is not suitable for Gluten Free participants. It is, however, vegetarian friendly.
