As soon as a spot becomes available, we will contact the first player on the list. CANCELLATION A cancellation of your participation in the OrangeForks Open can be done at any time. Up until 4 weeks prior to the event, you will receive your entry fee back. In case you cancel your participation within 4 weeks prior to the event, we will refund your fee only in case we have another player to fill your spot. We will not refund any fees after the draw has been done.
