This second gathering in the Lunar Rhythms series explores the Blessing Moon and its theme of freedom and adventure. Through yoga asana (gentle movement + held poses), breathwork, mantra and sound healing, and Ayurvedic tools, we’ll support the whole self during the peak of summer. Come replenish your energy and reconnect with the seasonal flow. All levels welcome.
