lunar rhythms: corn moon

Join us for the third offering in our Lunar Rhythms series. This month, we honor the Corn Moon and the theme of abundance. We’ll work with yoga asana (gentle movement + held poses), breathing techniques, sound healing, and Ayurvedic practices to help cleanse, nourish, and realign as summer ripens. All levels welcome.
