In ihren Songs erkunden sie die Grenzen zwischen Roots-Rock, Country, und 60s Rock’n’Roll. Von Hamburg nach Memphis, von Detroit nach Liverpool und zurück – das ergibt, was die Porthounds ihren Northern Shuffle nennen! Gut abgehangen, rauh und unpoliert, aber virtuos serviert.
Seit 2022 begeistern The Porthounds ihr Publikum mit ihrem authentischen Sound und ihrer energiegeladenen Performance. Auf ausverkauften Konzerten in Deutschland u.a. gemeinsam mit den Go-Getters, Holly Golightly, Smokestack Lightnin’ und Jake La Botz, aber auch auf Tour durch England, Schottland, Tschechien und Slowakien erspielen sie sich eine ständig wachsende Fangemeinde.
