Morning Yoga at Uni Leipzig
Morning yoga is back! This gentle morning class will make you feel fresh, awake and rested. Through a combination of vitalising asanas, pranayama (yogic breathing exercises), and yoga nidra (a kind of yogic sleep with guided visualisations) you will connect body and mind and draw energy for the new day. No prior knowledge, flexibility or specific body type required! All levels welcome.
