WAR ist zurück. Und bringt eine Platte mit, die ankommt wie ein Aufprall: VENIVIDIWAR – ein emotionsgeladener Genrebastard aus Shoegaze, Doom, Screamo, Stoner, Mathrock und Prog.
Früher, als Dinge noch mainstream waren, hätte man es vielleicht Alternative genannt, in einer gerechten Welt einfach Doomgaze.

Nach dem Debüt (2023), das mit der B-Seite auch sechs Songs vom Nebenprojekt Deibel zeigte, schlägt das Trio aus Leipzig nun ein neues Kapitel auf. Der Sound reicht von melancholischen Soundlandschaften über ehrlich schmissig bis zu massiver Schwere. Im Spannungsfeld zwischen politischer Düsternis und persönlicher Gram bohren sich die Texte dabei in die Bruchstellen unserer Zeit. Eingedampfter Weltschmerz. So brodelt die Wut, aber hier und da schimmert auch ein bisschen Hoffnung – und das alles kommt mit einer Wucht, die im Magen bleibt.

Vereint in Freude an Lautstärke: Arvid (Lingua Nada & Oat), Fred (Trecker) und Tim (Nikita Curtis).
