- **Event Description**: Join us for a special evening of yoga and sound healing in one of Leipzig’s most beautiful hidden spots, the courtyard nestled between the greenhouses at the Botanical Garden. We’ll open with 70 minutes of dynamic, flowing yoga, before settling into a 20 minute gentle sound healing session close to round out the evening.

Come a little early if you’d like, the greenhouses and butterfly house will be open beforehand for you to wander through before we begin. Whether you’re a longtime yogi or brand new to the mat, this class is for everyBODY. Bring your own mat (we have a few if you don't own one), and anything to make your sound session more comfortable (blanket, pillow, socks etc.)

This is a rare chance to practice inside the Botanical Garden itself, so spots are limited. Grab your ticket early to save.

Arrival: 5:30 pm ~ Yoga 6-7:10 pm ~ Sound Bath 7:10-7:30 pm (class is taught in english)

Kommt mit uns zu einem besonderen Abend voller Yoga und Sound Healing an einem der schönsten versteckten Orte Leipzigs, dem Innenhof zwischen den Gewächshäusern im Botanischen Garten. Wir starten mit 70 Minuten dynamischem, fließendem Yoga, bevor wir den Abend mit einer sanften 20 minütigen sanften Sound Healing Session ausklingen lassen.

Kommt gerne etwas früher, die Gewächshäuser und das Schmetterling Haus sind vorher geöffnet, sodass ihr vor Beginn noch durchschlendern könnt. Egal ob erfahrene Yogis oder ganz neu auf der Matte, diese Klasse ist für everyBODY. Bring deine eigene Matte (wir haben eine Handvoll), und was du brauchst um deine Sound Session bequem zu machen (Decke, Kissen, Socken etc.)

Es ist eine seltene Gelegenheit, direkt im Botanischen Garten zu praktizieren, die Plätze sind begrenzt. Sichert euch euer Ticket am besten früh.
