Join us on Sunday 21st December for 100 on the Hill – a powerful Winter Solstice gathering in nature, hosted by Chris Wimshurst (Bearwolf Coaching) and James O’Keefe (Unguarded Warrior).
This morning is all about:
Breathwork – Guided breathing to calm the nervous system, boost energy and bring you fully into the present moment.
Movement – Gentle, accessible movement to wake up the body, shake off stress and reconnect with your strength.
Community – Standing together on the hill to mark the Solstice, share an experience, and remember that we’re not meant to do life alone.
It’s about connection – to yourself, to others and to the land.
Over 50 tickets are already taken, and we’re calling in 100 people to fill the hill with intention, presence and good energy.
No previous experience is needed. Just bring warm layers, an open mind, and a willingness to breathe, move and be part of something bigger than yourself.
