Improvising in Dance workshop
Do you remember when you used to dance like no one was watching? When you'd just let yourself go to the tune of a song? Have you forgotten how to let your hair down and simply have fun? This workshop is designed to gently lead you to the child-like joy of moving and dancing without an agenda, without a routine. Get ready to explore and experiment. And to do that with other like-minded ones. Bring a water bottle and your favourite tune. Wear clothes in which you're comfortable to move freely. Only ten spaces available.

The event is open to all ages. Children must be accompanied by an adult to ensure safety and comfort. Please state age of the child/ren and of accompanying adult(s) when registering.
Will there be food and drinks available?
Yes, biscuits and hot beverages will be available free of charge at the venue. Please bring a water bottle to keep hydrated during the workshop.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?
No, outside food and beverages are discouraged at the venue. Biscuits and beverages provided will meet most dietary requirements. Please get in touch if you have a particularly dietary need and we will endeavour to accommodate it.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Usually yes, your digital ticket or confirmation can be shared with a new attendee, if you're unable to attend. Please inform us as soon as possible of the transfer.
Is re-entry allowed?
No. The event only lasts two hours with a coffee break in between, where beverages and biscuits will be provided.
Are pets allowed at the event?
Pets are not allowed at this event.
Do I need to show ID at entry?
No, this is not needed. However, for Health & Safety reasons, names will be registered before the workshop starts.
