Join us for a 6-week journey where we will use the surprising power of breath to clear away a lot of the muck that is weighing you down, turn the volume up on your instinct, tighten the laces of your mental sneakers... you name it, we’ve got a metaphor. We’ve also got simple techniques to slow your brain down, regulate your nervous system, reconnect your breath to your body and get you out of the breathless now now now demands of work, parenting, relationships, and stress.
Each week you will have an opportunity to dive a little deeper into elements of your life that are troubling you, but you’ll also have the opportunity to just breathe. To be completely present.
No macho. No oversharing. No demands. No experience necessary. But you will find yourself with less stress, better sleep, greater clarity, and a broader sense of wellbeing and connection. A great way to get into the coming year.
