Light Up Leigh 2025

Our Christmas festivities in Leigh starts on Spinning Gate shopping centre car park, with an artisan market and funfair from 11.30am and entertainment stage from 2pm.

As the sun sets, it’s time to ‘Light Up Leigh’ with the dazzling lantern parade that switches on the towns Christmas lights as it passes. This year the parade starts at Leigh Miners Welfare Institute at approximately 4.30pm, moving across to Railway Road and up Bradshawgate before it culminates with a fantastic finale performance on Spinning Gate shopping centre car park!
