Lou will explain why falls happen, how they can be prevented, and demonstrate safe techniques for getting up if a fall does occur.   The session will also include some simple nutrition advice and health and wellbeing tips. 

Be prepared to move!  - The session will finish with a practical component, where you’ll be guided through an easy set of home-based strength and balance exercises. You are encouraged to take part, as these exercises can help reduce your risk of falls and support your independence for longer.
