Solstice comes from the Latin solstitium, meaning “sun stands still”, the longest day of light in summer, and the shortest in winter.

It is a moment to pause, reflect, and return to rhythm.

To honour the solstice, we're offering you a quiet invitation to slow down, soften, and return to self.

Join us for a deep inward retreat/ celebration of the Winter Solstice: Cacao Ceremony, Deep Dancing, shaking out the old and embracing the new then slow and low deeply replenishing somatic yoga and a long drifting nidra. We finish with a water ceremony and if you dare a mid-winter dip!

Return to a delicious organic warming soup and spicy chai to finish beside the fire….

(+ if you feel like adding a sauna into your after swim warmup - add it on for a little extra)

We gather to celebrate the shortest day and longest night of the year, Winter Solstice, the dance between light and shadow, the celebration of the return of the sun and the magic that happens when we gather, hold space and celebrate together on these sacred dates.
