One Fit Core is a **6 WEEK** Pelvic floor and core restoration programme.

The course will assist in building your confidence by equipping you with the fundamental exercise techniques to restore your post baby pelvic floor muscles.
Being pregnant and giving birth puts increasing pressure on and stretches your pelvic floor muscles. Pelvic floor exercises after birth are essential to strengthen the muscles, they will not get stronger on their own. Pelvic floor exercises need to be part of your routine for the rest of your life.
