Siris Anish Siris Anish studies Philosophy at Leiden University and is also a singer-songwriter. Inspired by artists like Jeff Buckley, Tamino, and Kevin Garrett, he moves effortlessly between deep, warm tones and crystal-clear falsetto. His songs vary greatly in color and atmosphere; for each track, he searches for the voice and emotion that best carry the story. With his pure and layered lyrics, he knows exactly how to strike the right chord. In the writing process, Siris works closely multi-instrumentalist Johann Leibrandt and Max Becht. Together, they search for the right tone, the right moment, the sound that allows a song to breathe. At the same time, the bass and drums keep a steady groove for those who’d rather not focus on the lyrics and just want to dance.
