Week 2 | Studio Christmas Specials
Two sessions available at 9.30AM & 11AM
Celebrate this magical time of year with some festive fun in our Studio Artsters Play Christmas Specials.
Week Two: Festive Fun Get into the holiday spirit with cozy Christmas creativity! We’ll make our own gingerbread men with scented play dough, paint giant presents, and enjoy festive activities inspired by Santa, candy canes, and Christmas trees.
WHO CAN COME? We welcome children aged 9 months - 4 years old, siblings under 1 year are FREE!
WHAT HAPPENS AT AN ARTSTERS PLAY SPECIAL? We're all about the freedom to explore art at your own pace, so it's totally up to you and your little one how you interact with our activities! Feel free to get stuck in straight away at our themed process art stations, or take your seasonal Mini Masterpiece straight to our craft table to complete. There will be cleaning stations provided at the end of the session, and we will let you know when it's time to start washing up.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING? Paint can be messy, and you might find that your child prefers to use their fingers, toes, and even their mouth to explore it! It's our aim to give your child the opportunity to play with art however they wish, but it does mean that paint can make its way onto clothes, so old clothes for everyone are a must. You can also add an Artsters T-shirt to your order, or purchase one from us on the day. Please bring an old towel, wipes and anything else you need to clean up.
WHERE DOES IT TAKE PLACE? This session is held at our studio space at the Linwood Centre on Linwood Lane, LE2 6QJ. There is a car park just outside the venue, and ample street parking too. Enter the Linwood Centre main entrance by using the buzzer for Unit L and come up the stairs to the first floor, or there is both a passenger lift and an accessible lift for use if needed. For the comfort of everyone and to maximize space in the room, we kindly ask that pushchairs be left in your car if possible.
