Tai Chi Qigong is gentle form of exercise which can help maintain strength, flexibility, and balance, and could be the perfect activity for the rest of your life.

Workshops are FREE to those who have registered with the centre and their carer.Please note the following:
1. Together Against Cancer (TAC) is a registered charity and receives no government or statutory funding, we rely solely on the generosity of charitable trusts, companies and public donations to fund our vital work.
2. No Refunds, exchanges or cancellations unless 7 days notice is given. This is due to the costs incurred in running the event. Donations can be made on the day and are entirely voluntary.
3. The workshop is open to everyone over the age of 18.4. The workshop may be recorded for our own library.
About The Host: Our education and wellness centre exists by offering nutritional guidance and practical workshops to all. We also provide further support and complimentary therapies for people living with cancer and their carer.
