Come and join me in this lovely, relaxed workshop that’s ideal for complete beginners. You’ll receive a beautiful fabric journal to work on and take home with you and be shown how to fill the pages with fabric collages plus slow and embroidery stitches. All materials and refreshments are provided for you including a glass of Prosecco! Plus vintage and upcycled fabrics, ribbon, lace, buttons, fabric stickers and more. You’ll also be given a little pack of materials to take home with you to continue your work. Slow stitching is a wonderful hobby for the practice of mindfulness which has been proven to help you unwind and de-stress. You’ll also be given some sheets of mindfulness practices to take home and try for yourself! The workshop is two and a half hours long and costs £35 per person.
