- **Event Description**: Learn about conditions, symptoms & care needs of young people transitioning to adult hospice services, plus updates on CYPACP/ReSPECT.About this EventLearning outcomes •	To better understand the types of conditions that young people, transitioning from paediatric services, are likely to present with•	To better understand the types of symptoms likely in young people •	Be aware of changes to CYPACP/ReSPECT•	Gain an awareness of useful resources and equipment that you may not have encountered before Due to improved treatments and interventions, young people are living longer with life limiting conditions.  Those who were not expected to live beyond childhood are now living into their late 20’s or even early 30’s.  This means that we are seeing more young people choosing LOROS for their care.  Often these young people have conditions that are not usually seen in patients at LOROS.  If you would like to better understand the conditions and symptoms that young people are likely to present with this is the training session for you.
